Biography
Ornella McDonald joined EA Health in 2016 as a Client Services Coordinator. She was promoted to Regional Supervisor and later to Operations Manager of Client Services, where she oversaw client relations, provider onboarding, and operational workflows across multiple hospital systems. In 2025, she was promoted to Director of Client Services. In this role, Ornella leads EA Health’s Client Services Department, ensuring operational excellence and overseeing the day-to-day operations that support the company’s Physician Payment & Medical Group Services and Revenue Cycle Services programs. She also oversees the operations of provider onboarding, coding, and the EMR team, driving client satisfaction through strategic support and process improvement.
